The accommodation had a central location to pubs. Efficient staff, suggested places to visit. We stayed in a twin room with a kettle, central heating and an iron.

Overall I spent my time lovely. The triple room was tidy with a good bathroom. Location: the hotel was close to the ferry over to Ireland, sea front, and a nice park. Moreover, it was 2 km from Rspb Mull of Galloway. I enjoyed 1 night in this property👍

Friendliness of staff. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was in room continental only but fantastic choice eg. Fruit, yoghurts, cereals, toast, scones, cakes etc.
Lack of hanging space for clothing.

Although the oom was spacious that was the only redeeming feature about the entire place! It was dingy and the entrance dirty and peeling. The "breakfast" consisted of a few teabags and heavy white loaf left in the bedroom - no butter or milk. Vey disappointing and over-priced for such a scruffy area. Surprised that Booked.net would even register such a place! Will be very cautious in future and has put me off booking through your site.

Staying at The Swan was a pleasant surprise. The welcome from Nick felt genuine and warm right away. The room was spacious and clean, made settling in easy. I loved that the bar had a cozy vibe, perfect for mingling with locals. The food was tasty, and the snack spread at the bar added a nice touch. I did have some trouble with the door lock. It was tricky sometimes. The area could use some sprucing up as I noticed litter on the streets, which detracted a bit from the charm. I enjoyed my night there, and it reminded me of a homey stop.

Easy going relaxed attitude. Also the freedom of the self catering and generous continental breakfast in the room. Excellent Sky package but forgot to ask how it worked!
More due to my ignorance but a basic guide to the TV might help! I only wanted the news but others might want more- not really a criticism but others might want more & be as ignorant as me!

The welcoming atmosphere, paired with the cozy beer garden, created memorable evenings with locals. the noisy bar made it difficult to relax fully in the room.

Nice family room very clean and close to everything. Continental breaky was left in our room great as we were catching a 7.30 am ferry
Room was very warm, heat was on when we arrived and though it was cool outside window only opened a few inches it never cooled down.
